Path of the dead ?

Bobbins states that the 2122 path of the dead encounter with Argeleb II should give a 15ish com boost. One of my team mates tried it, having Argie shouting "Isildur, Isildur" on the top of his lungs, but nothing... Has anybody actually seen it work ?

Took the path in old GSI game 302 and received 10 pts command bonus. Don't retain the pdf but I think I ignored the encounter.

Have you experienced something that makes you think some are not adhering to Gunboat rules in game 6?

I think Jeppe just means he is playing in GB 6, but off course won’t mention what nation.

P.S. It was my Argeleb who did the "Isildur" shouting, and nothing happened. That was Game 76 2 years ago, and OH was I disappointed :(

I tried twice in game 89 as Arthedain stating Isildur with no success

I chose "Enter" and got a com increase of 5 to Argie. Not the big bonanza I expected, I guess those Dimholt- dudes can't learn Argeleb that much when he is 72Com.....

Will try saying Isildur now, being that crazy ME explorer I am (or maybe just because I am still in the hex....)

Tried saying "Isildur" the turn after "Enter" -> No speciale circumstances to react to.

I guess "Enter" is the thing to do. Will return to the hex to see if there is any more com points being handed out for the heir of Isildur :)
