FA Question re: SNA #31

Clint, I looked on the ME Website to see if i could find an answer to this questin before posting, but didn't (maybe i'm not as good a web sleuth as i need to be...).

Question: in normal FA games, do you limit the number of SNA #31 to one per allegiance? i.e. one DS nation can have it, one neutral nation can have it, and one FP nation can have it?

I was just told this by a player in a normal FA game and would like to understand if it's true, or if the player is, um, ah, "misdirecting" me... ;-)

I'm posting this rather than emailing it because I think your answer will be of general interest.

Yes, that's my understanding of a "Normal" game: only one nation per Allegiance can use the #31 SNA.
