Timber or Bust?

Sometimes you really need to build that fortification... now! But, I need more timber than the market will sell, any way to get is this turn in time to build that tower? Bids? Fed Ex?

Do I have this correct? You did not have the foresight to preposition timber in the desired location and are unable to purchase the needed amount of timber in the desired location? If so, then you are SOL.

Sales come after buys. There is no way to purchase, bid or otherwise, more units than are listed as available from the market.
