Newbee question

Hi!

I have a typical newbee question concerning pop center combat: :confused:

An army with a dragon, a mage and a combat artefact attack a pop center defended by a army.

Does the dragon attack both army and pop center?
Does the spell of the mage affect both?
Does the combat artefact affect both?

If there is a defending army then the dragon, spell and the mage artefact will all take place in the 1st round of combat with the defending army, i.e. the pop center won't be affected by the dragon, spell etc.
