Army victory conditions

Could someone please be so kind as you tell me how army victory points are calculated ?
- n° of troops
- Force, Constitution (if force then does army commander rating come into play)
- ?

No doubt asked before but I can't find a thread about it.

There was a previous thread regarding all kinds of Victory Points. Between the myriad of opinions, there was the following trend apparent - one half couldn't agree and the other half couldn't understand why anyone would care. Nobody was forthcoming with the actual program code.

i think not too many devote time to it, because it's like a post mortem report. A detailed finicky but infinately vague report that is a week too late to change the outcome for the person involved:D

Unless your chasing to get your name on the player rating lists its a bit irrelevant. You know you won or lost and you know your armies were tough/pathetic. The difference between 400 and 473 army points is.......
