Howdy All!

The Hags of Dunmoor welcome emissaries of all nations. Ruling over a Neutral nation of farmers, hunters and fishermen, in the middle of ancient Dunland, the Hags have in visions seen a time of War fast approaching, and wish to hear from other nations what they envision occuring in the land. If War cannot be averted, then reluctantly the Hags will mobilize the chariots and footmen, retrieve the ancient heirlooms of a bygone Age, and enter the fray as well. Though they do hope to avert War for at least a few months...

Gazing into their scrying pools and peering out upon distant lands and peoples, the Hags note that the forces of Good and Evil are well balanced -- yet numerous, for 10 nations bear the banners of Light while 10 others bear the banners of Darkness. Only the Twin Kingdoms and two other nations -- in addition to Dunland -- still remain Neutral. It seems that the time of the Neutrals, then, will soon be ending, and those nations which have yet to choose Light or Darkness will be forced to do so, or be overrun by the forces of one or the other.

So mote it be! The Hags will meet in Full Coven and carefully weigh all options. Time will be available for all nations to make their case, but within half a year, the Hags will indeed make a choice. While they debate and ponder, however, be it known that any attack against the Hags and their holdings will seal the matter -- the Hags will join the side opposing the attacker...

We never anticipated a complete, sweeping victory...conflict is rarely one-sided. We knew we had initiative going into the conflict and that we had to damage you as much as we could...that was accomplished.

We knew your allies would not let you wither on the vine...kuntorshunists planted a town to help, agents came as well. We are not done by any means and overall I count this turn as expected losses but you may have more difficulty regaining two major towns than I do promoting another to lead our troops...
