SAS/ALLSORTS
2nd February 2008, 12:23 PM
Hello everyone!
Updated (2/9/99)

31/8 I have now got enough for a team for The BotR team. Now opposition
please!

16/8 Don't forget that we do allow other players in the team to take up a
position if we can find no-one else to fill it. Some players claimed that
Allsorts did not allow this - but having chatted to Simon at the time he
confirmed that he did allow it and that such positions were being run.
Apologies for any confusion this has caused. Opinions welcome.

8/7 Say hello to Dan - a fellow Cardiff player of games, and new GM at
Harlequin Games. He'll be doing some of your Middle Earth turns from now
on. Please be nice to him... :-)

I have positions available in a number of games.

Game 117 (3 wk) needs a replacement player for the Corsairs - in good nick,
one careful owner...

1650 [Game 31] Taken so far: 23
1000 [Game 47] 3 positions taken so far.
2950 [Game 25] 14,15,20 taken

Cya Clint

Hi guys

I am in 117 and would like to put in some comments on the policy
of broadcasting inactive nations and game numbers.
It is interesting that Corsairs is inactive.

But we would not be too happy if Harlequin broadcasted that we
needed a new Cloud Lord or Witch King player (we dont), but you
get the point right. I would hate to have such a weakness known
(for free) by the opposition. So I dont think that the game number
should be mentioned any more when trying to get replacements.

BTW I think that the guys at Harlequin is good at finding
replacements. And I would like to say that even taking over a
battered possition can be fun. I did it once and went down in
flames, but i had fun so who cares.

I would suggest that unaligned neutrals should not be replaced

Just like the Sinda Elves right ;-)

BTW get Elrond out of Olbamarl before we have to hurt him (I think
that Celedhring has a score he would like to settle with the half
human) ;-) .

First the good people of Olbamarl has seen the light and has joined
the winning side. And i haven't exactly lost it. it was given as a
token of friendship.

I would like Uvatha's body (does a wraith have a body?) delivered in
Tol Buruth if you can find it. Or we could choose the fine Rhhudaur
town of Imladriss or maybe some of those fine former Sinda cities?

And you know just as well as I do that Beawyn was plain lucky.
But revenge will be mine or has you Nm player forgot to tell about
that. "Faklen" means "The torch" ;-)
