Whats the relationship between ICE (which I remember from the M/E
roleplaying games), and Tolkien Enterprises (which is a a division of the
Saul Zaentz company, and has a US address).

As far as I am aware - NONE now - in the past I think it went from Tolkien
to ICE to GSI to us.
