Guesses on the Destroy bonus, vs. Capture?

The three most common seem to be
- attackers' morale set to 100%
- attackers' STR +10%
- defense -10 to 20%

Anyone use these, or something else?

Not sure you wanna use anything like that. Best to stick to capture calcs and then assume, with no guarantees, that a destroy doesn't rein in your troops as they don't have to worry about collateral damage. 10% is a good conservative estimate. Better to keep your estimates low rather than overshoot and do yourself more damage than good.
