Okay I'll reduce the cost to $5.80. We have noticed that it takes us more
money to run a US player's account than any other - admin costs, time,
explanation of the house rules... :-) A decent middle ground I think.
Note UK players get charged 5% on credit cards so North American's get an
advantage there. Swings and roundabouts.
