They asked for input. They've received very much input,
and I'm absolutely certain that much of what they have
recieved, in the few short days the discussion has been
going on, will be assimilated into the final product.
Input, discuss, things can be changed as they go.

You've just accused some folks (that I consider to be quite
ethical in how they do their business) of LYING. Back it up
with the public document that explicitly states this was all
a hypothetical fantasy that wouldn't, under any circumstances,
be put into use.

What you have done is either libel or slander (I'm not a lawyer)
and illegal in most nations of the world. But don't worry,
even if your name (D.S) is real, I'm sure they're very understanding
and won't press charges. Thank them next time you write.

I couldnt agree with Brad more. I happen to have a couple of unresolved niggles with the proposed system, but am confidant Clint & Co will be able to sort things out. For goodness sake, most PBM companies wouldn't throw this sort of thing open to discussion at all! I think it's fairly obvious that they HAVE been listening - it's also apparent that the majority of the people who have expressed an opinion are broadly supportive. If the majority had been against I'm sure Clint would have put the idea back to the drawing board.

Just because you're in a minority does not give you leave to throw false accusations of lies around the place.
