Incorrect. For it to be libel (written lies for the purpose of damaging the
target), I'd have to know the statement I made to be untrue. In fact, I
know the opposite.

In the initial email on this topic ME Games said:
"Please discuss and give feedback on what we can do to change it (what
changes you would make and what you would keep the same), what you think of
it (good or bad), what is unclear and needs improvement and anything other
feedback you think useful. We have in mind 4 ratings: Valar, Maia, Istari
and Ainur. Note you don't need to do anything to get these ratings, we'll
do all the work.!"

Now, they send out an email that discussion of a "good or bad" nature is a
waste of time as they ARE going to do this.

They sent out an email claiming that they wanted to get input as to the
"good or bad"ness of the system, even though they were certian they were
going to do it. That is lying. They didn't want our feedback, they just
wanted a bunch of hype and anticipation and gushing about how great the
ranking system will be.

>But don't worry, even if your name (D.S) is real,

Oh, it is real. I'm listed in the Scottsdale AZ phone book. Give me a
call. Wait, I'll save you the work of looking it up. Darrell B. Shimel Jr.

*** Where is this email? I don't recall this.

*** Um - I don't know how to answer that. We listen to feedback otherwise
what's the point. If I wanted a lot of hassle I can get it a lot more
easily than dealing with 100s of emails.

Dang, I cleaned up my inbox. Can someone send out the email from last night
(U.S. time) where Clint said that they were going to impliment it, and that
the discussion should be about improving it instead of whether or not it
would be implimented?

Maybe I misread, but that was sure the impression I got. We're going to do
it, so change the conversation into one of improving it vs. not using it.

Just look on the Yahoo site -- they're all archived there.

Can't access Yahoo sites from my current place of connection. Firewall
