OK, I don't know if there is a maximum length to these quotes you're
looking for, but I'll get things started on the 4th Age front by taking
a stab at some Dark Servant ones.
EVIL MILITARY NATION:
"Though Sauron fell over a thousand years ago, his cause has finally
triumphed. Through the efforts of nations still drawn to Evil, and led
by the terrible armies of The __________, the darkness Sauron could only
envision has finally spread across all of Middle-earth."
EVIL MAGE NATION:
"Since Sauron's downfall, Evil men and Non-humans have striven to
replace him. In the (NW/NE/SW/SE) of Middle-earth, sinister and powerful
mages from the nation of The _________ have finally done so. Where
Sauron failed, they have succeeded. The Shadow has returned."
