Hello,
I've never played a naval nation and have a queston regaring navy mouvment along rivers.
It appears to me that it is possible to move along a river basically on the hexes to the "right" or to the "left" of the river(or alternating at will). This means that a fleet trying to stop another fleet has a 50/50 chance of bumping into them. Somehow two fleets can sail the same river and actually not see eachother.
Is my understanding of game mechnics (and their rather unrealistic effects) correct?
