Palantir Problem

I read the instructions, downloaded and unzipped the palantir program.

When I go to set up a new game, after inputing the requisite game number, nation number and scenario and then hitting Create button I get the following error to pop up.

"ADO could not find the specified provider"

Whats up with this?

I currently run windows 98 if this makes a difference.

I would suggest downloading the latest versio of MDAC from microsoft - that seems to sort out the problem.
