Which hexes the turn maps for the imported nations cover.

Those are hexes on your turn maps, recons, etc.

Those are the hexes you can see on your various maps, so they have
accurate/current information.

It means your team could "see" that hex that turn, whether on a nation map
or scout etc.

They indicate hexes that you "see". These include hexes that appear on
every nations map plus recons, palantiri and scry spells for the
specific turn. Fog of war if you like.

hexes the enemy can see?
