The only games that have private forums at the moment are the games that I'm in personally. Adding private forums for all games is under consideration, but there are quite a few problems with conflicts of interest and how to make sure that people in a certain game match up with users on the forum if they use a different email between here and in the game itself. Oh and add some administrative overhead for maintenance. It's something that we'd like to do, but that will depend on what solutions we can come up with for the above issues.

The Khand, Dunlendings and White Wizard are all present and accounted for, but none of us have heard a peep from the other two neutrals.

Has anyone heard from them?

On a different note, it looks like two very good teams. It's going to be very hard to make a decision, but I think it'll be a great game.

Not so hard a choice, in my opinion. As the greatest wizard in Middle Earth, wouldn't you rather have Gandalf and Treebeard on your side? Treebeard can be a bother if he gets mad. Also, think about economy, who better to finance your expansion, the dirt poor DS, or the only moderately poor Free?

Join us, march "With" Treebeard and Gandalf to the Black Gates themselves.

Silvans here. I notice that an earlier post asks if anyone has heard from Rhun or Corsairs. I have sent a diplo to Rhun, but have recieved no reply as yet (2/7/03). Does anyone else have Rhun's direct email?

Just a follow up i sent middle earth 4 emails to our Neutral nations of our game.

Just touching bases - we ain't heard from the Corsairs or Rhun either. Tell you what - if the NM do a pre-emptive strike on the Rhun capital we won't tell anyone about that plan - how does that sound? :D

Much prefer this game to the other game 238 (all over but the yawning) and it's fun. Interesting aggression in Ithil but we think we have it covered.

How's the artefact collating going?

In the spirit of harmonious play how about we ALL buy out food this turn and see if we can get it to Brian's "mythical" 3 value. I'm in for it if you are...

Well i'm so glad we found those artifacts guys, at least we can keep them away from those pesky DS.

Food buy-out didn't work of course food is never the best source for buy-outs. Mostly metals work the best. Food we will hardly ever see a 3, as Clint describes it.

I see that most of the DS in Mordor has raised their taxes pretty high, their camps are dissapearing.

We take out the Rhun and you tell the other neutrals what war mongers we are when everyone knows it's Sauron and you Nazgul that always start the wars.
