Howdy folks,
I should know the answer to this one but I thought I would try
anyways:
When a nation's starting pop centers "fade away" due to loyalty
below 15, and I recamp the place, will the production of the hex
remain identical to the previous values or is this a random quantity
generated...well randomly. I am aware that starting camps have better
production than camps placed later, but I don't know if I lose one and
recamp it I regain the exact production values.
