Hi,
A quick question broken down into 3:
1. Can I learn 2 spells that same turn?
2. Do the spells have to be of different lists?
3. If answer to 2. is no, can I try to learn say an average and hard spell sequentially in the same tun?
Thanks

Question 1: You can learn two spells in one turn.
Question 2: The orders are random, if you fail to learn the prerequisite first then you will fail to learn the average or hard level spell. It's a matter of luck.
The Wise, correct me if I'm wrong here.

That sounds right to me. I've experienced this in the past myself. It doesn't matter what order your put the orders on your turn, they will occur in a random order, so you can never be sure which one will go off first. So just do 705 on them both and if you reandomly research the prerequisite first, then you will be able to learn the second spell, otherwise you'll get the "you don't know the prerequisite spell" message on the harder of the two.
